Privacy Policy
How reverseengineeranything.tools handles website requests, public source references, and messages sent to its contact address.
Last updated: 2026-10-12
What website does this policy cover?
This policy covers reverseengineeranything.tools, an independent multilingual community guide about the open-source REA project. This website is not operated by or affiliated with the REA maintainers. For privacy questions, contact macbookair@88.com.
The website publishes articles, official documentation links, and summaries of public community posts. It does not offer account registration, payments, software uploads, or a hosted reverse engineering service. You do not need to provide your name or email address to read the site.
What information is processed when you visit?
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Delivering a page requires processing connection and request information, which can include an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser headers, and security signals. Cloudflare may process or retain technical information under its applicable service settings and policies to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about that provider.
We use self-hosted Plausible for aggregate page-view and engagement statistics, including scroll depth and active reading time. Your browser loads its script from https://stats.freeaiphotogen.com/js/script.js and sends analytics requests to that server. Requests can include the page URL, referring website, and browser or device information. The server also receives the connection information needed to deliver the script and process requests. We do not send REA target files or investigation results to analytics. The published site has no advertising tracker. Post text and translations are rendered from local snapshots with react-tweet. Avatars, photos, video posters and playback load from X media servers (pbs.twimg.com and video.twimg.com), which receive the connection and request information needed to serve them, such as your IP address and browser headers. Opening a post or an interaction link takes you to X. See X’s privacy policy.
We do not ask you to send executable files, source code, browser captures, credentials, or reverse engineering results through this website. Running REA on your own machine is separate from visiting this guide.
What happens if you contact us by email?
If you email macbookair@88.com, we receive the address, message, and any other information you choose to send. We use correspondence to respond to questions, investigate corrections or removal requests, and maintain relevant records of the conversation. Email is processed by the providers involved in delivering and storing it.
Please send only information needed for your request. Do not include passwords, API keys, private target software, or other sensitive material. We retain correspondence while needed to handle the matter and related recordkeeping; you can contact us to request deletion of information you provided.
Why are public user names and post links shown?
Community examples may identify a public author's handle, the source post, its date, and a summary of the relevant use case. We include this information to attribute the source and let readers inspect the original context. A source author's claim remains that author's report unless the page explicitly describes a separate verification.
If a summary is inaccurate, a link no longer reflects its source, or you want an attributed post reviewed for removal, email the page URL and source URL to macbookair@88.com. We will review the request and correct or remove material where appropriate.
What applies to external links and the REA software?
GitHub, X, rea.tools, and other linked services have their own privacy policies. These policies apply when you visit those services and, for X media servers, when embedded images or videos load. This policy does not control those services.
REA's official documentation states that analysis runs locally, while tool results go to the coding agent and are subject to its model provider's data policy. That software behavior is distinct from this static guide. Read the official REA FAQ and your agent provider's policy before analyzing sensitive material.
How can you ask about your information?
Contact macbookair@88.com for questions or requests concerning information you sent to us or public attribution on this site. Include enough context to locate the material, such as the relevant page URL or email date. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before disclosing or changing information. Applicable rights and requirements depend on your location and the information involved.
How will policy changes be published?
We update the date on this page when the policy changes. If website features materially change information handling, we will revise this policy to describe those changes.
